Return Timeframes

If you are not satisfied with our digital marketing or SEO optimization services, you may request a refund within 14 days of service commencement or within 7 days of receiving any specific deliverable. Requests made after these timeframes will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. For ongoing monthly services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met: the service must not have been fully completed or delivered, you must not have accepted or used completed deliverables, the request must be made within the specified timeframes, and you must provide a clear reason for the return request. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or if we determine that the service has been substantially utilized.

Return Shipping Costs

As a provider of digital marketing and SEO optimization services, our services are delivered electronically and do not involve physical products. Therefore, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or refunds. All service cancellations and refund requests are processed without any additional charges beyond the service fees already paid.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us using the contact information provided below. You must provide your name, email address, service order details, and reason for the return request. Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5 business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refund: completed SEO audits and reports that have been delivered, keyword research and analysis that has been provided, content optimization work that has been completed and delivered, any custom work or deliverables that have been accepted by you, services that have been substantially utilized or consumed, and any third-party fees or costs that have been incurred on your behalf. Once work has been completed and delivered, charges for that work are final.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your service order before work has commenced without penalty. If you wish to cancel an ongoing service agreement, you must provide written notice to us at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work already completed. We will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of prepaid services, minus charges for completed work.

Refund Procedure

When a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. For credit card transactions, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. For other payment methods, processing times may vary. We will provide you with a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service plan or downgrade your package, please contact us to discuss available options. Changes to your service plan may take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, and any price adjustments will be reflected accordingly. Modifications to ongoing services do not trigger refund eligibility for services already rendered.
